The Northern Regional Cultural Council is a branch of the Ocean County Cultural and Heritage Commission serving the communities of Northern Ocean County. 

 The Northern Region of Ocean County is home to many residents who are playwrights, painters, sculptors, dancers, photographers, musicians, decoy carvers, historians, poets, authors and actors.  There are exciting venues, museums, libraries, and galleries in our region to explore and enjoy!

The goals of the NRCC are to strengthen:

• Public awareness of the role of arts and cultural heritage in our communities

• Individual participation in the arts and cultural heritage

• The role of artists and organizations advocating arts and cultural heritage

• The networking opportunity for our gifted residents of Northern Ocean County
