This is the Paul Kimball Hospital which was located in the Township of Lakewood.  Paul Kimball Hospital, named for Dr. Paul Kimball, who was the house physician for the Laurel House Hotel in the Township of Lakewood, N.J.  It opened its doors in 1913 with a staff of nine and sixteen beds.  Today this fully-accredited Medical Center has evolved into an ultra-modern healthcare facility,  the Kimball Medical Center.
